Unlike Austin Zealot’s hombrewer Mark Schoppe I have not won a homebrew contest, espicially not a national one, at least in part because I have never entered one. Have you competed or won a homebrew contest? Why or Why Not?

The Cicerone Program is a certification program training people on beer styles, pairings, and specific beers. In the last few years it has grown massively and its participants are spreading their beer knowledge all throughout the US.
Would you be interested in getting certified? Do you think completing this program would be a good invest of time and money for a home or commercial brewer?

Green’s Mission Gluten Free Belgian Ale is only rated 2.7 out of 5 on Rate Beer but but the interesting numbers are 0, 3, and 6. 0 as in Gluten Free, 3 carbs, and 6% ABV.
