Stumbled across this Make Magazine Video Podcast Episode on the the history of the Bag Press and how to make a modern one. I have been interested in making wine using local ingredients (Muscadine Grapes for example) but have been put of by the price of even a small fruit press. Thanks to this video I may be able to make my own.
